We have used Brisk on many occasion and have never been disappointed. Ordering from their website is easy with great options for dietary requirements. We love that they change there menu so you don't have to order the same things over and over. Our staff have always complimented the catering. I would highly recommend.

I used Brisk Catering for the first time day and they were brilliant. We had forgotten to order lunch for a Board meeting and Brisk were able to turn around a lunch and afternoon tea order in 2 hours. Georgia was incredibly efficient and helpful and the good was great quality. Will definitely use Brisk again! Thanks.

We used Brisk for a last minute catering request for a University of Melbourne event and were honestly blown away by their service and quality. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were left with being needing to place a very last minute order. A quick call to Brisk, and they couldn't have made it easier for us. Not only did they happily accept our late order, but told us delivery was free, and they would simply invoice after. The delivery arrived exactly 5 mins before the desired time and the driver was so helpful and friendly. To top it all off the food looked amazing and tasted even better. Cannot recommend Brisk highly enough! Thank You!

Absolutely elite food. Ordered very basic catering for a casual afternoon tea (party pies, sausage rolls, mini hot dogs) and they were all clearly cooked in their kitchen with proper meat, great pastry, and lovely presentation. Looking forward to using them again and would give 6 stars if I could

Highly recommend. I was catering for a small weekend workshop with a lot of dietary restrictions so finding a suitable and reliable company was high priority. The service from the team from initial quoting, serving and selection recommendations through to delivery was exceptional and can't be faulted. Then there is the food. Just wow. Presentation and flavour was top tier. Highly recommend for your catering needs. Thanks again Connor and team for a flawless service.

Very happy with the variety of food, quality and service. Have been using them for 2 years now. I like we need to book just a day before - which is convenient for when you don't know numbers of attendees in advance.
